SYNERTECH emerges from the integration of two expert water companies in Colombia: NyF de Colombia and Nyf Synergy. In 1989, under the leadership of Jairo Lizarazo (Eng.), NyF de Colombia was founded, achieving a solid position in the domestic, commercial wastewater, water storage, and drinking water treatment segments for over 35 years. In 2012, under the leadership of Wilson Lizarazo (Eng.), NyF SYNERGY began operations, swiftly establishing itself as one of the most significant companies and one of the best in the industrial water treatment sector for mining and petroleum, boasting a vast asset of qualified engineers and a consolidated infrastructure. In 2017, a process to integrate the two companies begins, solidifying and strengthening this union in the Colombian market.

In 2018, the integration of the two companies is completed, and the brand SYNERTECH is launched. Under this brand, the company expands its operations and solidifies its position as one of the leading companies in Colombia in terms of: large volume storage, drinking water treatment, wastewater treatment not only for domestic but also commercial and industrial purposes, as well as wastewater treatment for mining and petroleum. Serving significant national and international companies in countries such as the Dominican Republic, Honduras, Mexico, Brazil, Panama, Ecuador, among others.
