RHINO WASH

On-site wheel washing system: Synertech's automated system is based on a modular concept developed by our engineers specifically for the construction and mining industries. The system stands out for its robust construction, high operating performance, fast installation and outstanding water-recirculation capability.

An advanced process in which polymers and specific chemical reagents are dosed to group fine suspended particles such as mud and clay. This agglomeration forms heavy flocs that settle much faster, clarifying the water for the next cycle.

A critical physical-separation stage where suspended solids and heavy sludge settle at the bottom of the clarification tank. Clear, low-turbidity water remains at the surface, helping prevent sediment from clogging the washing nozzles.

The integrated cyclonic grit separator uses centrifugal force to remove sand, gravel and other solid impurities. As dirty water enters, a high-speed vortex is generated; heavy particles strike the walls and fall into a collection chamber, while cleaner water rises through the center, ready for high-pressure reuse.

Environmental Control and Road Safety: For construction and mining operations with constant heavy-vehicle traffic, installing a wheel washing system at the project exit is essential. These systems immediately remove mud and debris from tires, helping prevent contamination of public roads, reduce particulate emissions and support compliance with traffic and environmental regulations.

The integration of hydrocyclones enables dynamic separation of sand and coarse solids without moving parts. This technology makes it possible to recirculate up to 95% of the water used, significantly reducing operating costs and the project's water footprint.

Where tires or chassis operate in areas exposed to hydrocarbons, heavy grease or corrosive chemicals, such as refineries or asphalt plants, we integrate degreaser dosing systems and API separators. This provides effective free-oil removal without compromising tire rubber or the structural steel of the vehicles.
